RETURN YOUR ITEM(S)
We understand that mistakes can be made when you are not able to try on garments before purchasing. If you have any problems with your items, we are pleased to exchange or refund for you. Please note that exchange is available for the same item in a different size or color only.
In additions, please return to us within 7 days after you received your items. And, the returned item(s) must be in original clean condition, unworn, unwashed, unperfumed. If not, we will be unable to accept the return of any item from you. And, we do not accept any return on jewelry, accessories or sale items. Also, please enclose the return form within your return parcel.
Ever though the returned items be damaged and lost or stolen during the return, it is not responsibility for us. And, we reserve the right to reject any items not returned in their original state or returned after the above-specified number of days.
Also, please note:
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a shipping service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The shipping cost and handling fee of returning the item to us are your responsibility.
RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact us at contact page quoting your name, order e-mail, and details of the product. Then, we will advise on how to proceed with your item.
